I have searched all over and cannot find a solution to the problem my Storm is having. It is on Verizon.

The other day I installed a Bluetooth card into my laptop. I've always had the Bluetooth on my Storm disabled since I had no reason to use it. I decide to pair it with my laptop and as soon as I clicked "Enable Bluetooth" the Storm shut off and began restarting. Just thought it was a crash until it got to the final screen before it's done starting up (the black Verizon Wireless screen) and just when the main screen is about to show it shuts off and begins restarting again. It sits there and continuously does this non stop unless I pop the battery or let it go dead.

Since I cannot get it to fully start up I can't format it or anything. Please if anyone has any ideas let me know!

    Thanks,

    Jon

That happened to me when I updated from .75 OTA you either gotta look thru the forums or be lazy like me and take it back. But you better do it fast or you will ruin your battery ad I did

I found a couple posts of people having what seems like the same problem and someone had said as soon as the Verizon screen comes on to hold the power button and it will shut off and upon turning it back on it should work.

Tried it about 20 times and no such luck

Could not get it to start in safe mode.

Downloaded BBSAK and used the Factory Reset feature and it worked! Storm works again!
