    Hello,


    I have a 2009 Madza CX-9 and I am trying to download my phonebook (contacts) to the Bluetooth secton of the vehicle.

    I get a message Download Failed with only HALF the phonebook.


    Another question I have, I have a separate category that I want to DL to the vehicle and it is using the default one with all my contacts. How would I allow it to use the one I made?

    Good job getting your post count up, kid.


    My guess would be that your issue is a result of something in the car not the phone. Have you read the user manual?

    I actually contacted Mazda. We went thru several things and it still did not work.

    My husband came home and his Motorola phone went in with no issues.

    I called Mazda back and it seems that there is an issue with the compatibility with the Storm and the CX-9. It may also be from certain fields I have filled in on certain contacts.

    They are looking into it further and will contact me back.
