I was wondering when looking at the Storm today that when in video mode the highest resolution was 320x240. Even though this is a 3.2 megapixel camera i found it hard to believe that, that was the highest it would go. Any idea if there is an update where the resolution will be allowed to go higher than that?

The processor and the ram probably can't handle video any larger res than that. Video demands are exponentially higher than still images

Thanks guys so basicly no downloadable applications or new updates will probably raise the resolution from 320x240?

No but you could try to use desktop software to convert the resolution . . quality may suffer but I have never upconverted so who knows.

You can certainly change the size in photoshop or some software but if you crop you will see noise and grain....this can all be cleaned up in software and you can actually get a very decent image from the storm.
