I've had my storm for a few months now and the camera and video camera won't work. Comes up with 'close other applications and start again'. I have tried all tips on the forums such as hard reset, pressing in on the camera lens etc but nothing. There are only the 5 basic applications running which can't be closed so assume there is nothing I can do to fix them problem.
Vodafone supposedly fix issues or replace handset within 28 working days so I wondered if anyone could tell me if my insurance would cover this problem so it can be resolved?
