Hi,

I upgraded to OS 5.0.0.328 on my unlocked Blackberry Storm 9530 and after updating the service book on my Vodafone india service my phone seems to work ok (E-mail, chat, SMS working) but I am not able to make or receive phone calls. Everytime I dial a number it says "Calling" then says "Disconnected". Even for customer care number (111) same issue.

I switched my SIM with a Airtel SIM and it worked indicating that the phone is OK.
I put my vodafone SIM in another blackberry and it worked, indicating SIM is ok and vodafone service is fine too.

I am confused what could be the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having exactly the same issue with a Blackberry Bold on Vodafone... Only when connected via 3G, calls work fine when I lock it to 2G. Similarily, when I can't make/receive calls on 3G my SMS/internet/emails all work fine.
