Just wondering-If I purchased the Storm at retail, could I set it up for BIS only or does VZW require a calling plan even for BIS?

I believe the plan u want is the 29.99 unlimited data and email plan. The unlimited plan with BES support is like 44.99 (both of these are + your calling plan)
