Hey everyone. I am running OS.75, and I get this error message when I try to back up my device once the back up process is about 75% complete: "error backing up database". Can anyone help me fix this? I tried reinstalling DM and it didn't help. I really don't want to wipe the device to fix this. Also, if a new official OS comes out, will upgrading to that fix my problem or I will not be able to upgrade? Thank you in advance.
Clear your browser cache, and then run the backup again and it should be fine. It's a known issue, and clearing the browser cache fixes it pretty much all the time.
