I am switching phones and want to give my Storm 1 (9530) (unlocked) to my brother in law who is in Europe. Would he be able to insert his SIM card and use the phone?
I would assume so, he would just have to get the service books for his carrier loaded and more than likely follow the how to on how to get everything working.
