storm 9530 Glitch Please Help

Hello All,
I have a problem with my blackberry.Everyday i got a glitch please watch my video i have uploaded in youtube

I just don't know why i am getting this problem i have tried and updated my OS but am still getting this glitch...

In this glitch i cant click the specific icon nor cant scroll up or down

please help me =(
