    I have a Storm 9530 and I am using a Plantronics Voyager Pro BT. Everytime I try to transfer music to my headset it says that it failed to find service. What service is it talking about? And how do I turn it on? All I want to do is to listen to music through my BT.

    Does the headset support A2DP?

    File transfer is to send songs to and from the BlackBerry and a PC or another phone.

    You need a headset that supports A2DP in order to listen to music. Check the headset's manual to see what protocols it supports.

    I just did some research on my BT and does not support A2DP. Thank you for your help.
