Hey guys, at first I thought that the 9530 was 3g but now I'm hearing that its EVDO. Which one is it?

EVDO is the equivalent of 3G while in the US.
if you changed your phone to global, and went oversees, you would use the 3G network.

Thanks. So, say I go to Europe and the little thing at the top right instead of 1EXV it'll say 3g?
