My wife got a Storm 2 about 2 months ago. It worked fine except the radio would periodically shut off. I've read some of the other posts and can say for certain that this is not a case of a low battery - her battery was new and with a substantial charge. I called Verizon tech supt and they sent a new replacement phone. I switched her over to the new phone this past weekend. Today she informed me that the new phone is also having the radio shut off. I had thought that maybe the screen was getting bumped and somehow giving the commend to shut off the radio. She reports that she can have her phone just sitting on the desk with nothing touching it and it will shut off.

I would be interested in hearing from anyone that knows more about this.
