Before I wiped my phone, I had 75, 85, 86, 90, 99, 85, 114.. Well Then I wiped it. I had no "real" problems out of the phone.

I backed everything up, then I wiped it via JL_comndr. I then loaded 114 and did the hybrid. I noticed that there were a few things gone... My BBM, BBMaps, and a few other core applications were gone. No big deal.

Well today, I downloaded the official 75 from Verizon. I wiped the phone again, loaded 75, and still a lot of stuff is missing.. I don't have the Application Center Icon any more, I have no instant messengers now, I don't have BBmaps, or any of that stuff...

Can someone please help me? This is getting annoying!!!

Have you loaded up your Device Manager and added the applications back via the Application Loader?

I checked earlier and there was only a list of 5 applications.. I'll check again.

Did you use any programs like MCP to modify the OS before you installed it?

    Not sure what that is?

I'm still unsure of how to "log in" on my phone to resend the service books?

You need to register the device with the network. Go to options advance options host routing table. It is empty? If so hit the menu key and hit register now

For your service books you can go here. Or from your BB go to Setup -> Email Settings
