I bought a Jabra bt 8040. It supports A2DP but I can't hear my custom ring tones thru it. Videos and music play thru it so why won't my ring tones work on it?
    Thanks for any help!

That's just the way it is - once in stero bt mode - you get a stanard ring, that is, the ring that is associated with the headphones, not the phone.

Thanks, I'm trying to figure out why my custom ringtones don't come thru?

So my old Moto Q9M could broadcast custom ringtones to any crappy bt headset. But my high tech Storm can't ? Sucks having to pull my phone from the holster to see who's calling.
    Thanks for the help
