When I press the send button, my camera comes on. The screen does not work what so ever, and it seems all of the keys (send, menu, back, end) does a totally different function that what it's supposed to do. This is like my 3rd replacement Storm WTF?!?!?! I can't even navigate around. Is there anyway I can fix this?

yea send it back to verizon and get a new one. try wiping your phone and re downloading the os....

I'll probably end up sending it back. I can't even make my wy to the options menu. Uggghhh! Thanks anyway

Have you tried doing a wipe and then reinstall the OS: http://forums.crackberry.com/f132/in...source-213706/

It would take a lot less time than another replacement.
