My problem button for calls returned (intermittent problem) but then yesterday I could not use my button for almost all day. Today it operates. I think the problem happens when the device is hot
Another problem, when I talk a long time, I fell on the speakerphone. should I go to turn my phone for repair?

Try battery pull (w/device ON).

Didn't fully understand ur post but if @ times u cannot hear calls, plug in/unplug headset a few times. Headset mode is glitchy.

Unresolved > contact carrier.
