Alright, so when I make calls I can't hear anything out of the regular ear speaker, I can switch to speaker phone and hear it all. Also, when I get a call, it vibrates, and then does not play my ring tone. When I hook the phone up to my mp3 player and play Pandora it plays fine, when I disconnect it, it does not play anything at all...
Done a reset, removed the battery, I am outta ideas.
I am having the same problem. Was talking to a friend this morning and all of a sudden I couldn't hear anything.
This is what happening:-
--- NOT ABLE TO HEAR ON EAR SPEAKER
--- Able to hear the keypad tones while dialing
--- Able to hear if I put it on speaker phone
--- Able to hear if I connect my headphones
--- Able to hear MP3 on speaker phone and headphones
I have tried battery pull, plugging and unplugging the headphones several times... no luck.... and I am out of warranty..
go to BB update and download the next version down. It is an issue with 0.713. BB has released to Verizon the next upgrade which hopefully will fix the issue.
