Spanish Keyboard help, Battery Help

I am letting my friend use my BB storm until his phone is fixed (phone is unlocked). He is a spanish speaking / reading and he asked me a great question. How do I make ñ. ñ is very different from the letter n. if you clicked on the little globe icon and select espenol it still doesn't appear on the keyboard. Anyone know how to fix this.

Also, the phone is unlocked (not sure if this matters at all. But the batter will charge to 100% and last about a day then it goes from say 75% (like 4 notches on the battery icon) to 0% and turns off. any idea what could cause this. I have gps turned off, no bluetooth activated either. this is a new problem that only started about a day or two ago (right around the time the phone was unlocked.) any ideas? thanks

In the full keyboard, put your finger on a key, but do not click the screen. In a few seconds a popup will open with the non-US character(s) for that key.

press and hold n then scroll with the trackpad or trackball....then here u go u got the ñ.....Dile a tu amigo que se ponga al tiro.......
