Everytime I call my mom on her Storm with my Storm, it honestly sounds like she is whispering. When I asked her to speak up constantly, she told me that my brother and dad have also had trouble with hearing her on her Storm.

I went into her settings and put it to Bass Booster or Treble Booster (cant remember wich) but that doesnt seem to help much.

Any other ideas?

Whichever one you tried, try the other one.

Try phone > menu > options > general options > default call volume > 100% + dial *228 > option 2 for PRL (preferred roaming list) update w/cell towers.
