for some reason i checked the mobile status on my storm and it says at&t network but last i checked was on verizon, maybe something dumb on my part new to bb so im a little off sorry

What is your mobile network settings?

I changed mine to these and i said T-Mobile.

Data Services - ON
Network selection mode - Automatic
Network Technology - GSM/UMTS
Network Mode - 3G and 2G

Try setting it to 1XEV or GLOBAL
