Is anyone else having this problem? My storm all of a sudden is a ***** to get connected to programs that access the net. IE facebook, berryweather and browser. I can sometimes get the browser to connect and actually pull up a webpage but not every time. I have not had my facebook program connect at all in three days. I just uninstalled it and reinstalled and did a batt pull and still nothing.
Is this the first sign of my Storm going tits up? I have only had it for 3 months.
I have been having the same problem tonight with both my Weatherbug Elite and my browser. It is hit or miss, but mostly miss. I have uninstalled Weatherbug, batt pull, reinstall - still no joy.
Sweet! I am not alone! I freaking wiped and reinstalled the OS thinking it was something wrong. Now i cant redownload most programs. Oh well, i guess waiting is half the battle.
not sure what it is... had it start today... can't properly connect to google maps, Amaze GPS, Bolt browser, Trapster, but phone calls still work properly...
yea, i'm glad i'm not alone..my google maps, browser, facebook app, etc has hardly worked the last couple days, and it's been frustrating the crap out of me.
Just spoke to an inlaw who works at verizon... he suggested pulling the battery for 30 seconds, and then dialing *228 and selecting option 2 to reset the phone. giving it a try... i'll let you guys know how it goes.

that normally would work if it's a phone issue --- but won't help in this case since it's a massive BIS outage.
For the past few days I have been having the same issues, especially today and especially with Facebook. Google maps is telling me I'm in NY when I'm in VA. Also, ever since the upgrade to 5.0 weeks ago Opera has been taken forever to load pages.
