A friend of mine has a Storm 1 and he needs some help. I haven't been able to find the solution yet, so thats why I'm coming here for help now! Here's what he told me via Facebook:
"well during calls it doesnt like to accept me talking into it and have to go to speaker phone just to talk and then that stops working so i have to keep switching between the two. It turned off on its own at least 2 times today and just locks up doing normal tasks such as texting or sending picture messages or sometimes just during calls. I have to pull the battery every few hours it seems"
The phone is an insurance replacement from Verizon. Any idea what could be causing the problem?
