So I found something interesting while I was typing a message yesterday and wanted to know if anyone else had this problem..
In both portrait and landscape mode, when you touch a letter and hold it for a while without clicking, different variations of that letter are supposed to show up. Well, it doesn't for me.. instead, the camera turns on and you're suddenly seeing the floor or whatever is underneath my phone. The thing about that is that it doesn't even give you any camera options! The only way to get out of that is to hit the call button or to pull the battery.
I'm still running .65 so I'm hoping .75 will fix this.. anyone else having/ had this issue?
I have loaded .75 and still have the same problem you describe. It's not consistent, but seems to be associated only with the "P" key. It's annoying as heck when it happens, but like I said, not always. I'm still searching for a solution - can't find much on the forum.
I have this problem on my phone as well with .75. I was on the phone with Verizon on Friday and they said they are not aware of this issue. None the less I now have a replacement phone on the way.
