I was running the prerelease of version 75, never dropped it or anything. Well today it was running really slow and was bogged down and stuff so I pulled the battery and did a reboot. Well now the touch screen wont select anything nor can I call or answer any calls.
I went to the verizon store and they ordered me a replacement...
I went home tried to format and reinstall the software no fix... now its on the licenses agreement and I cant select ok...
Sounds exactly like what happend to me!! How crazy! I got the new upgrade on Saturday and then today I couldnt answer any calls, couldnt hardly select anything on the screen, and then brand new black lines going thru the screen as well. Went to Verizon today to order my new one too. Good luck to ya!!!
