    I tried searching and had no luck... Is there a way that I can type more than 160 characters on a text without creating another text message?? I know my Curve was able to but on this storm I'm not able to?? Anything that I can do short of adding more texts?

    No, you cant send more than 160 characters. You can either do what you are probably doing now and send it in 2 texts or send an MMS just with all text.

    I was kinda wondering about this too... Why do other carriers if it's over 160 automatically break the message into 2 on Verizon I have to do it manually

    The storm doesn't have WIFI if urs does u have something none of us storm users have.

    I don't think there is a way, but I'm not sure. That's why I just email. When I had the LG chocolate it would just split it into two SMS messages, but my storm doesn't do that.

    Must be a verizon issue. Vodafone uk allows up to 6 sms at a time from my 9500.
    960 characters at a time should be enough!
