Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with sms making the phone run crazy slow. Anytime I try to open a new message it takes roughly 20 seconds, then sending a message freezes the screen for close to 30 seconds. It used to go back to the inbox, and send the message in the background, but now it stays on the screen and is inconvenient as all get out.
For the most part everything else is all good. It's been fast as ever, but sms is my only issue. Thanks in advance everyone.
If SMS is your only issue and the phone runs fast otherwise, I don't see how a battery pull could help very much (it may though, so it's worth a shot). What version of the OS are you using?
yea I know, I just have some sprinkled in there that I can't delete. For the most part I'm just highlighting until I come to one then deleting.... I'm mostly done now
it helped for the most part, it's going a little faster... the send screen lag is still there though, but i can bear it now. Thanks for the help man, I'll do a batt pull before I go to bed and see how it goes through tomorrow.
