I did a battery pull on my Storm9530 this morning, and when it rebooted, the icon for sms messages had disappeared, and it does not appear that the phone is receiving the messages either. I tried sending one from elsewhere, and it did not arrive.

Does anyone have any idea of what might have happened, and what to do to fix it?

I would say try to go to options --> advanced options --> host routing table --> blackberry button --> register now

God I'm having the very same problem and its so annoying that its not a quick fix.. anyone has a solution to this?

My phone reads: uncaught exception index 11 >=11
