I was using the mobile youtube app on my storm when it froze. The video kept playing but the phone was unresponsive to key presses and the like. So I did a battery pull and when it restarted, the icon that leads to my SMS/MMS inbox was completely gone. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Hi, did you ever manage to resolve this issue? I have just had the same problem with SMS inbox - and if anyone tries to text me I don't receive it, I'm not sure on what to do as I only have contact with my BBM list!

Reregister the host routing tables. Options>advanced options>host routing table>menu>register now.

If that doesn't help resend the service books. Set up> email > menu>service books> resend.
