    guess the s----h is broken

the icon is a service book, u cannot delete (even if u delete service book via options > advance options > service books) it will appear again after phone reboot

it is just a weblink to dl page, it doesnt take up take much of space, just hide the icon n u will be fine

Same thing goes with GoogleTalk/AIM/Yahoo/Windows Live Messenger/VZNav/Slacker those are 'pushed' to your phone from Verizon, and even if you delete them, when you reboot your phone, they will automatically be 'pushed' back onto your device.

Your best bet, is to just hide them in a folder and hide the folder. =]
