    There is a Verizon CD and a Blackberry CD..... do I "need" to install them?

    Sorry, but I won't really get a chance to read the manual until 2 -3 days from now, or I would do just that.

    One of the CD's in the box was a Rhapsody CD which IMO was garbage and i deleted it already the other one was the DM software which I would suggest definetly installing and keeping.

    i thought the user's manual is actually on the Blackberry CD! Do they have a hard copy now?
