So for the life of me I cannot figure out how to delete a contact from a message (let's say an SMS) if I selected one by accident. I've literally been starting all over when this happens, and I just moved and cannot find my manual. Any help? Thanks!
You can highlight the name by putting your finger on it (but not clicking) and then just press the back arrow on your keyboard, or you can highlight and click on the name, and the menu that pops up will give you an option to change the contact/address.
If you are referring to the "to:" field, I believe you can just click on the contact and delete, or at least put the cursor up there and delte manually. If all else fails, just press the back button and discard, start again.
