I'm afraid that they will back out after the auction is over.

It cost me nothing, I found the phone in the box in the lobby of my hotel, 90 days later no one claimed it and it was mine. I called Verizon to see if anyone reported it lost and they said the phone was never activated. Clean ESN and it was in perfect to mint condition. I used it for almost 6 months and loved the phone so the $187 I'm getting after fees goes to my pocket.

I'm surprised I got that much! I was hoping for at least $150 on ebay but I got it for more.

Also why would you pay $250 for a S1 when you can get an S2 for $300?
