I often email myself pictures from my computer that I want for my Storm background. But this time I did that when I tryed to open the picture it said: More request cannot be completed. Servic book information not found. Anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

This message usually appears if a service book or the messages database is corrupt. There are four things you can do to try to fix it:
1) Options> Advanced Options> Host Routing Table> BB Key> Register Now
2) Do a battery pull.
3) Resend the service books from the carrier website: https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw
4) Delete the email account that is causing the problems from the carrier BIS website and re-add it.
