Default Service book entries help needed

hello, im basically a beginner user of the blackberry. i bought a blackberry storm 9530 which was unlocked. The carrier was Verizon Wireless....

Now that i have got the phone and am a uk resident, i am on o2 as my network. i am on pay as you go and have recently bought a blackberry data plan as a bolt ons from o2

i was wondering how i set up my blackberry to use the features such as online browsing and blackberry messenger etc as when i try to access these features i get messages such as "your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries"

ty in advance for any help.

call O2 and ask them to push service books for you! They will do that!
