Well i went to bed last night phone charging and it all worked fine and i wake up and try to send a text and I get this (SMS Error 3, Message ID 199) Network Problems
I was able to send 1 text after a battery pull but that is it its not not working and i tried to call customer service but i dont have the last 4 digits of my dad's SS number can i just call the store directly?
