When I e-mail or text an mp3 ringtone to my storm, it doesn't play when I open the e-mail or the text message. I have to save the ringtone to my ringtone folder before I can play it. Also, when an animated gif is sent to my storm, the object doesn't move. Anyone else having this issue or any suggestions? I am a new blackberry user so mabye I am doing something wrong. I am coming from the dare. Thank you!
