well it was going back but he is keeping it now

ok, the screen needs to be 'aligned' / setup / calibrated

is this possible? it's slightly out and it makes typing and setup really difficult. (It's not me, I can feel where I am pressing and I can see a different area glow)

Make sure that when typing you keep your left thumb hitting keys on the left and your right thumb hitting keys on the right. I've found that they seem to have a bit of a bias built in to account for the direction that the finger is coming in and they assume that you are typing in the manner which I just described. Crossing your fingers over almost always results in disappointment unless you understand that this is what is going on and you bias your tap over to account for this delta.
