Since last night my screen stopped turning off on its own ,now the screen and blacklight stay on and wont go off, this is going to kill my battery. Im using 109. does anyone know of a way to get it to go off?
Do you have BBLight and is it set to active when out of holster (I made that mistake)?? Or go to options> screen/keyboard ---and check the backlight settings.
I had the same problem on my 8330. Found out it was because on a game app I had set it to backlight always on. I thought this would only apply to the game, but it doesn't. Even when I would check my "options>settings" it was on like 60 second. The game option overrides your actual phone setting. Hope this helps!
