Screen Going Berserk

Hey guys,

My 2.5 year old storm is going crazy. The screen just does not click wherever I actually put my fingers. Usually this just meant that the screen was dirty or needed a battery pull. No matter how much I clean or how often I pull the battery, the phone restarts and acts exactly the same.

I have searched the forums and have not found anything specific to this problem. The phone was absolutely fine yesterday, and I have not put the phone in a situation to get stuff under the screen or anything. I am currently running 5.0.0.328 but I do not feel like this is the issue at all.

I am going to manchester England next semester, so I was hoping to not have to get a new phone between now and then, as I will have to get a new phone overseas anyways.

Any help would be appreciated!

mine will do the same thing if I leave out in humidity....
