I'm new to the Blackberry, and now can't live without it. It gives me the internet, pushes my email, and I understand it's also a phone! A week ago, I pulled it from my jacket pocket, and the screen turned a beautiful "impressionist" painting colored speckle, then went black. After I realized that it was not going to re-boot, I removed the battery and reinstalled it. It started up, and everything was OK. It did it again a couple of days later. It's been over a week since the last occurrance. I usually Lock the screen before putting it in my pocket, but don't think I did when this happened. Did I cause this? What is this condition? If this is my only issue with the Storm, I'm still totally amazed with this micro-laptop.

If you're talking about the multicolored snow effect on the screen, then that's a bug with OS .75. That's been fixed in later BETA leaks and it'll be fixed in the next official release as well.

Thanks for the reply. Maybe it won't continue to be a problem.
