Saving TCP/APN settings on a BB Storm 9530

I have a unlocked(flashed) blackberry storm 9530 that was a verizon phone (fully) flashed over to cricket. Now i cannot access my internet nor my mms, and after countless searches over the web & countless reading on other forums i have seen that it could "possibly" be due to one of several things. One of them could be my WAP/APN settings located under options/advanced options/TCP/IP. I've read that crickets WAP/APN settings are as followed:

apn – wap.mycricket.com
username – yournumber@mycricket.com (type YOUR phone number)
password – cricket


Now EVERYTIME i try to manually put these settings in & "click save" it doesn't save, i've tried this over & over again & everytime same result, it won't save? How come???
