    my phone is stuck in safe mode and it keeps telling me to "reset" and it'll go back, but i can't get it to go back. someone PLEASE HELP!

    If you do a battery pull, it should take the BB out of safe mode.

    FYI safe mode entry: reboot > red LED off > hold down escape key until dialog box appears.

    Maybe u did above inadvertently. Don't worry! Just a security feature not required in normal usage.
