    After installing the OS on your computer go to:

    Program Files/Common Files/REsearch in Motion/AppLoader and then delete the Vendor file

    Do this before installing on your phone

    You have to make sure that it is compatible with your phone. 9530 OS is different that the 9500.(this is speaking in terms of complete leaks not hybrids)
