Anyone know how to get these back. I have tried countless battery pulls. I really only care about rotate.

Hope that isnt it. Because i just noticed a few days ago, and i havent last looked for that option since i first got it.

Sorry, what do you mean by explore? The problem is with the phone, not the computer

Click on a picture to open it up. Now tap the bottom the screen lightly to display the picture menu bar. The third icon should be rotate. Also once you have a picture open, the rotate feature won't show in the menu list until you click on the picture once to zoom in. It will then give you the option to: Zoom In, Zoom Out, Rotate, Fit To Screen and View Actual Size.
