    Default Ringtone problem

The ringtones that I have downloaded from crackberry.com no longer work on my phone. I also can not erase some of them because it says they are in use. I set all my alerts and ringtone to factory settings and it still says they are in use. Is anyone else having this problem?

No I have not tried to delete anything accept the ringtones when they stopped working. They were working and I put the phone in the holster and pulled it out about 30 mins later and noticed that I had 4 emails. But the ringtones did not work.
