Can anyone tell me how I can NOT DELETE old appointments on the Blackberry AND Outlook?

Whenever I synch, it deletes old appointments. I would surely like to have a record of what I did and when. There's no reason the default should be to delete. It doesn't take up that much space.

Calender-->Options-->General Options-->Keep Appointments: Forever

Keep in mind, it will still delete old appointments on the handset if memory runs low, quite a few have had problems with this.

Check your Desktop Manager Sync settings as well, mine prompts me whenever it wants to make a change so I can see exactly what it is doing (like deleting stuff from outlook.)

Check your sync settings, too, to make sure you're syncing all events and not just future events.
