I searched...got nothing. So here I am.
Dropped my Storm a few days ago and just got the replacement phone. I switched devices using the DM. Everything seemed to switch over just fine. The problem is now the new phone isn't working. Do I have to call Verizon and have them activate it? Also do I take the sim card out of the old phone and replace it with the one in the new phone or does it matter? Thanks a lot.

Did you call #228 to activate?
Did you follow the instructions in the replacement's box.
