I downloaded the new update for google maps last night. After the install was complete I was prompted to reboot and it gets stuck on the white screen with a message "Reload Software: 552". Can anyone explain how to fix this? When I connect to DM it does not recognize the device and the computer does not recognize that the phone has been connected.

I'm sorry if this has been covered in another thread...I couldn't find anything when I searched.

Happened to me too. I had to reload the OS after booting in safe mode. It also corrupted about half of my databases. Had to selective restore. Took me about two hours to recover to a somewhat pre-brick state.

Yea, reloading the software should work. There's a thread around here on how to fix a "nuked" blackberry.
