    I know this has been gone over before so please be easy on the flame but I was helping someone setup their new Storm and WOW what a difference in the click on the touchscreen. My release day Storm is like jabbing and gets tedious to type on while his is soft and easy to type on. Of course he can't tell the difference. My question is can I take it to Verizon and have them loosen the Torx screws, loosen them myself, or leave it hoping it gets looser over time? I never knew how much better the typing could be.

    Thanks. I guess I will go with option 4 and ask them to replace it. Seems that is what people are doing. Hope you don't read the reply then I would owe you 30 seconds of your life back.

    If they give you a hard time, the torx trick does make a difference.
