    Ok so my phone started randomly beeping and the red indicator light won't stop blinking but there are no new msgs. Anyone else having this issue?

    I assumed you checked all message and IM folders? Do you have weatherbug installed?

    I have checked all I'm email txt etc and nothing . . Yes I do have weather bug

    Check weatherbug for any weather alerts? Also check any 3rd party apps that might be notifing you. IE news programs etc

    GMail App will blink for new mail unless you turn that off in its settings.

    Glad I could help! Yeah I disabled alerts drove me nuts the first time it happened to me.

    That awesome glad I could help before you went as insane as I did trying to figure it out.

    Just remember a lot of 3rd parry apps that have notifiers on them will do that. I turn them all off.

    Weatherbug has done this to me as well... may be your problem as well. Hope this helps.
